PHPI education includes training in precision-informed health coaching, which is:

- Educational and supportive
PHPI does not confer licensure or authorize medical practice.
Participants are solely responsible for operating within the legal scope of their credentials and jurisdiction.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Participation in PHPI programs is voluntary
- You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and apply educational content
- Any actions you take based on PHPI materials are done at your own risk
- PHPI is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from participation
Always consult qualified professionals before making health, medical, or lifestyle decisions.
4. No Guarantees or Outcomes
PHPI makes no guarantees regarding:
- Results
- Career advancement
- Certifications leading to employment
- Health outcomes
- Financial outcomes
Educational success depends on many factors, including individual effort, background, and application.
5. Community Interaction & Conduct
PHPI may offer access to:
- Discussion boards
- Forums
- Live or recorded group sessions
- Peer learning environments
By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally.
Prohibited Conduct Includes:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
- Medical or diagnostic claims
- Giving personalized medical advice to others

- Promotional or solicitation behavior
- Disruptive or unethical conduct

- Share materials publicly
without written permission.
8. User Accounts & Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
PHPI is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
9. Third-Party Resources
PHPI may reference third-party tools, research, or platforms.
PHPI:
- Does not control third-party content
- Is not responsible for accuracy or availability
- Does not endorse external products or services unless explicitly stated
10. Termination of Access
PHPI reserves the right to:
